For our 1st cooking class with my companion, we found this very rewarding and fun experience. We had a quality manager who gives very good advice for the kitchen of the daily. Chief mastered techniques of molecular cuisine and was able to make the course fun and fun especially with the realization and the tasting of the meringues to nitrogen. The atmosphere was friendly and very comprehensive course. The course lasted longer than expected because the Chief has privileged the quality and feel of the course, which is for us a very positive point. We have, however, enjoyed be slightly fewer. In summary, go ahead, you'll have a great time!

A great time, the technical gestures are well explained and are worked under the eye attentive and educational leader. It's really manipulating, as here, that one can acquire a know-how that my relatives already dream to see me back to work.

"Molecular" there is ultimately very little about this course. We do a little toy with liquid nitrogen but the recipe concocted in the end is pretty (or very little) molecular. So it's disappointing. The course is not super well organized, we were clearly too many (15), the teacher forgot part of the dish in the fridge, we had nothing to drink, very little bread and nothing could take home, as it was announced.

It was such a good experience, cool to get to know how to prepare them, it does last two hours and its a cool way to learn and you can get the things you prepare home afterwards. The only thing is that I would improve a few things if I were them: -The cook aint super nice and he explains the important stuff way too quick. -They shall give the recipe of rice and rest of stuff in a paper. That aint expensive at all. -Its a bit expensive paying 60 Euros for a 2hours class. -It would be so nice if they taught how to cook some nicer makis. -I think the cook shall be focused less in the technique and more in the recipes -They shall give the bamboo thing as a present Anyways we really liked the ones we prepared

A great class of molecular cuisine! Ambience at the top, the very teacher leader. A workshop to share with family or friends without hesitation! Thank you again Chief!

The workshop Lebanese Nice was no more. Especially if we ignore the delay and the lack of home. We stay a 13 people, 10 min, not knowing what to do before the arrived from the head. A dynamic leader and nice but that would have to ask if you were well washed hands before start the preparation... So I hesitate to pay 89 euros for the sushi master course... or for any other benefit.

A nice intro to molecular cuisine. Our chef was patient and educational, the quality of your meals depends on your talent!

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
