  • It was such a good experience, cool to get to know how to prepare them, it does last two hours and its a cool way to learn and you can get the things you prepare home afterwards. The only thing is tha...  more »
  • No greeting. Lack of seriousness. (Health and safety) After waiting 5 minutes looking at himself in the whites of the eyes with the participating 13, a Chief arrives and invites us a present our boxes and put our aprons. No welcome at all, nor apologized for the delay. Then the dynamic leader tells us the menu. We start. After 10 minutes asked us if it was all washed their hands. (Fortunately Yes we had time in the meantime). Too hot oil during cooking melts a small strainer, manipulated by the Chief, and fire triggers the system. To mix the bottom of preparation in the head mixer uses a range of metal so that the mixer is plugged... a wooden spoon or a maryse is still more secur. So a little disappointed by the lack of seriousness and start smelling the fries. The falafels were not even falafel was so good in taste. the Chief explains that they come to redeem the culinary lab. Well this first experience will be the last. I will refrain from paying 89 euros for the sushi master formula and risking another disappointment.

  • Event with a team of 12 people to create interactions between members of the team. A few giggles, a culinary challenge and preparation of the meal all together instead of do as a team (more interesting because of the chosen menu): all the ingredients for a good time. I recommend it to you!

  • It was such a good experience, cool to get to know how to prepare them, it does last two hours and its a cool way to learn and you can get the things you prepare home afterwards. The only thing is that I would improve a few things if I were them: -The cook aint super nice and he explains the important stuff way too quick. -They shall give the recipe of rice and rest of stuff in a paper. That aint expensive at all. -Its a bit expensive paying 60 Euros for a 2hours class. -It would be so nice if they taught how to cook some nicer makis. -I think the cook shall be focused less in the technique and more in the recipes -They shall give the bamboo thing as a present Anyways we really liked the ones we prepared
  • The workshop Lebanese Nice was no more. Especially if we ignore the delay and the lack of home. We stay a 13 people, 10 min, not knowing what to do before the arrived from the head. A dynamic leader and nice but that would have to ask if you were well washed hands before start the preparation... So I hesitate to pay 89 euros for the sushi master course... or for any other benefit.

  • A nice intro to molecular cuisine. Our chef was patient and teaching, the quality of your meals will depend on your talent!

  • A avoid. I had a bad evening, I had arranged for birthday of a girl of 10 years at home for 17 people. 10 adults 7 children. And there are still 2 adults who joined us at the last moment. But the evening starts already very evil with a cocktail really very very light, coke, water, juice oranges, belin, cupcake, peanut for €4.99 per person. The head level is inadequate, cutting drink vegetable fruit on same Board, knives are poorly sliced, even that of leader, she has trouble cut salmon. The table is not adapted to the 19 people, so in the end 3 people can't participate. In addition we cook and eat on same table. We paid € 190 for a leader who speaks English, because some guests do not speak french, in the end his English level is not even my 13 year old daughter, it is rather we who give English lesson. With regard to food, 6 moreaux of 19 persons, 3 small slices each duck ' one, myself not eating one. Had proposed us a birthday cake at € 9.9 per person, isn't even a mounted cake, at the same price, we can easily find a good pastry make a big cake with inscription, is with 3 different cupcakes without any personality no attention to the client. The disappointment for all. Minimum service, it is we who passed food hand-by-hand, change base. Very small hot kitchen and not adapt to French cuisine of 17 people. In the end very dirty note € 1300 for the provision of nothing, there is nothing learned, there are hungry and no fun. The parton suggested commercial as gestures reimburses cocktail and English option. But we still spent a very bad evening. Compare to another workshop of the head that I already participated with very good memory, here is not same levels. Despite all those bad memories, I would like to thank the Chief who was not very professional for his kindness.
