  • Very neat shop to go into; awesome delicacies and much to see in terms of chocolate assortments! Very cool!
  • Robert Linxe, the founder of this brand, had a pioneering vision of chocolates. Much too soon died, he was a pioneer of his Guild. His delicacies have prepared the way for many others. For me is still a 2-3 top chocolatiers France. All products are recommended.

  • My experience. Delivery April 7. April 9 so that the delivery is always failed at my niece, I contact the House of chocolate to indicate that the command has not arrived on the scheduled date. There then in fact that my order has not been processed following a computer 'bug' according to my interlocutor. After correction of this oversight, a delivery is therefore rescheduled the next week... No excuses or intelligent solution to repair this first injury client service of the House of chocolate. The following week, a person called my niece that she received his order by mistake more of hers (she had the phone number of my niece because the included packing slip accompanying the package)... This person living in more than an hour from my niece this it was so complicated to go retrieve the gift which had suffered a delivery error. Call customer service again... Again no apologies and reparation made by the customer service of the chocolate suite home has this second incident regarding the processing of my order! Re-programmed delivery, the UPS driver delivering made contact with my niece and informed him that it can be delivered in his presence and this only on weekdays from 11:30 to 2 pm! It is not available because of his work asks if there is a possibility of filing his parcel with a neighbour, solution that UPS rejects. Therefore unable to find a feasible, coherent solution to retrieve the package. Call customer service again. Here's the customer service response: but it is well marked on our site under the conditions General (you know the little lines where unscrupulous companies insert clauses rejecting all responsibilities of their commercial failure on the client) I do not insist because I won't spend my life at tel for chocolate? flush the bowl is more than achieved. Result: my order of 120 euros paid is never reached. No excuses following my disappointments and no refunds (I confess to not having the request). And this just to test how far was the lack of professionalism and interest that is the home of chocolate towards its clients. This side still not good surprises because 3 weeks after all these setbacks no news from maison du chocolat. Fortunately nowadays, I can make you share this unfortunate experience of a customer of the House of chocolate which has paid 120 euros for nothing in the greatest indifference of this merchant. The maison du chocolat is definitely over for me!
