  • Given the world WE, it is better to go largely in advance, for a timed course (it better not be late) the tail is endless for access to the site because of the vigipirate search. Ticket office (uiniverscience) online does not work, cannot display or to get the ticket. Get the tail to a one-stop online help with also a long tail and a slow processing time. The price is prohibitive, the parents (required) companions must pay also. Brief big stress for little pleasure

  • We arrived around 11:00 for purchase and book tickets for the session from 14:30. This time, we spent very quickly the security controls. This allowed us to permanent and temporary exhibitions. On-site activities lack of technology. The child of 12 years was disappointed but nevertheless had a good time. The more unbearable is the lack of etiquette visitors (children and adults).

  • This place is amazingly interesting for kids. We were at the science museum (la cite de science/ also in the same building) first and the kids had fun, but they LOVE la cite des enfants waaay more. Al...  more »

  • The personel is not very friendly, they do the minimum required, but nothing more, they rather sit and chat. We visited section 2-6 years with 2 kids. Not all the activities were functional due to lack of maintenance. Some activities were chaotic as kids didn't quite understand what to do. Too expensive as parents also need to pay and the functionality or interest of the employees is poor.
  • Every time I went to Paris with my son when he was a child, this was one of our fav places. You can spend a whole day because there is much to see and do. It's fun for children and for adults as well.
  • I had the worst experience in this place on July 23 2015.The lack of professionalism from the same team is monumental. I show up with a group of children aging from 3 to 11 years old. The sale rep tell me that the younger one need to be accompanied at all time. It's understandable. There is two sections, little kids and big ones. When i try to leave my big kids in their section to go to the little one's They refuse to let me leave without bringing the whole group. The gate keeper ( a rude woman who act like prison guard) tell me that it's for security reason. I understand that but why wasn't I told by the cashier? I told him my age group and didn't tell me that i had to accompanied ALL my kids. If he did, I would had made some arrangements. Instead I spent 1 hour in one section and 20mn in the other one. I wasted €37+parking and gas. The children didn't fully take advantage of the facility. I filled a complaint but no response so far and i don't think i will ever get one. Just because of a lack of professionalism. Beware if you decide to go there. You should go spend your time and money somewhere else.
  • We have been to both age groups and so much enjoyed it (and our kids even more!!!); its playful, learnful, great quality exhibits and not overcrowded.
  • So much fun! Went to the exhibition for 2-7 years. It is timed, so arrive accordingly ( plenty of time to do all activities with a few meltdowns too)
