  • On entering the hall children 3 to 6 years are too happy d see l helicopter and the solar plane. We're a little early, so we want to go see the sea... We suggest instead l Home d go to the movies where the session will start and c is the beginning of our huge disappointment. The film is blah blah but well continue and we're heading to the city of children 2-7 years with us kitties. The spaces are all cans: water games that barely work mazes where my 3 year old son runs, a number of activities can not do because the game is broken... The part of the site is nice we spend 35 minutes. My 6 year old daughter liked the animation. We are trying to get out early to at least see the sea... it is closed. We're going to the shop remember... we're getting out because it will close and the mini rocket bought lasted 3 hours. In short a visit very very disappointing with hyper reductive activities for children even 3 years and I don't even know of my 6 year old daughter! I have the impression and more have wasted my time and d be spent next to all the good things of the city as the Sub, the geode... Frustrated d there have lost an afternoon on 4 days in Paris.

  • Entry prices excessive compared to the activities for ages 2-6. Workshops without facilitators, equipment like aprons for water games that close, result soaked kids, the games have very little interest. A single activity on the theme of eyes for the little ones and not at all attractive incomprehensible. Very disappointed in this hour and a half at 42 euros for 2 adults and 2 small... without great interest.

  • Very expensive for what we can do. The kids are gone hyper frustrated not being able do that 3 box on the 6 because of the time limit (1 h 30) while the proposed activities need to spend more time!

  • The personel is not very friendly, they do the minimum required, but nothing more, they rather sit and chat. We visited section 2-6 years with 2 kids. Not all the activities were functional due to lack of maintenance. Some activities were chaotic as kids didn't quite understand what to do. Too expensive as parents also need to pay and the functionality or interest of the employees is poor.
  • Every time I went to Paris with my son when he was a child, this was one of our fav places. You can spend a whole day because there is much to see and do. It's fun for children and for adults as well.
  • I had the worst experience in this place on July 23 2015.The lack of professionalism from the same team is monumental. I show up with a group of children aging from 3 to 11 years old. The sale rep tell me that the younger one need to be accompanied at all time. It's understandable. There is two sections, little kids and big ones. When i try to leave my big kids in their section to go to the little one's They refuse to let me leave without bringing the whole group. The gate keeper ( a rude woman who act like prison guard) tell me that it's for security reason. I understand that but why wasn't I told by the cashier? I told him my age group and didn't tell me that i had to accompanied ALL my kids. If he did, I would had made some arrangements. Instead I spent 1 hour in one section and 20mn in the other one. I wasted €37+parking and gas. The children didn't fully take advantage of the facility. I filled a complaint but no response so far and i don't think i will ever get one. Just because of a lack of professionalism. Beware if you decide to go there. You should go spend your time and money somewhere else.
  • We have been to both age groups and so much enjoyed it (and our kids even more!!!); its playful, learnful, great quality exhibits and not overcrowded.
  • So much fun! Went to the exhibition for 2-7 years. It is timed, so arrive accordingly ( plenty of time to do all activities with a few meltdowns too)
