  • The Museum is really very short. It does that on the early history of cinema. What a shame, what frustration! Amazing that there only to get the teeth when we're interested in the history of cinema. The visit is not worth the €5 it costs you. There even not enough headsets for our family of 4 (while there was very few visitors at the same time as us). The temporary exhibition that we saw was not uninteresting, but quite incomplete also. One room to introduce Japanese cinema, mocked the world! As for the library, it is rich in DVD and books but has unfortunately very few posters... and nothing on the show of the moment. One really wonders if there are people who think a little at the Cinémathèque Française, who should not even be this pretentious name while it is only a small Museum of the beginnings of cinema.

  • It is the second time I visited it, it is a very beautiful place, it has a Museum of cinema artifacts, costumes, models, photos, etc... just had an exhibition of classic Japanese cinema with projection of scenes of important films in the decades of 30, 40, 50 and 60.

  • We went there with friends without knowing this old film, the environment is very pleasant: a beautiful architecture, a warm and comfortable screening room. Prices are very suitable

  • The Cinémathèque française, it's a beautiful building in the middle of a park nearby Bercy metro station. They have free wifi access and a coffee place where I just had a coffee and a chocolate cake, the prices are cheap ( unfortunately I don't had food ). The total between the exposition, museum and a film ticket it's around 14.50 euros, was an amazing experience for me he whole thing and people it's nice and speaks English. The library and the bookstore are amazing!
  • Good place not in the center of Paris, was disapointed by the food at the cantin
  • A very nice place to visit for cinema lover.
  • All in French, very small museum, mostly obscure movies. A true connoiseur of French cinema would love the place though.
  • Visite passionnante
