  • My view is that the "Film Museum". I put quotation marks because I do not consider this as a "Museum of the cinema". Unless you like the alignments of old cameras, this museum has no interest. The staging is illogical, confusing and makes the whole uninteresting as possible. I was accompanied by a person working in the field of cinema and has been very very disappointed. I'm even open to staff, which was at the height of the place: zero. I was caught high by staff obviously much better educated than me (this is what you made me understand). In short, don't spend a few euros what the entry! In contrast, the small restaurant at the entrance ("the 400 blows") and very well.

  • Ideally located a few meters of Bercy Village and the arena accor, the French cinematheque delights lovers! I started my visit with a lunch "the 400 blows": first crush. The meal was simple but excellent. I continued by a quick tour of the Museum and the permanent exhibition, which I really liked: head of Ms. Bates (Psycho), held of Yvan (Yvan the terrible), COGS machine (modern times)... Very impressive. I could not go to a movie but I got the catalog and I have already booked in advance 2 sessions. Indeed, I want go back to the cinematheque.

  • This is a must see for any cinephile! It isn't very large, but that didn't keep us from looking at every single piece of equipment/costume/replica. We spent about 2 hours here, including the bookshop ...  more »

  • The Cinémathèque française, it's a beautiful building in the middle of a park nearby Bercy metro station. They have free wifi access and a coffee place where I just had a coffee and a chocolate cake, the prices are cheap ( unfortunately I don't had food ). The total between the exposition, museum and a film ticket it's around 14.50 euros, was an amazing experience for me he whole thing and people it's nice and speaks English. The library and the bookstore are amazing!
  • Good place not in the center of Paris, was disapointed by the food at the cantin
  • A very nice place to visit for cinema lover.
  • All in French, very small museum, mostly obscure movies. A true connoiseur of French cinema would love the place though.
  • Visite passionnante
