I expect to be able to walk around with my spouse and my baby pictures the place looked very nice and pretty but I think it's of the season, we are there went in the fall, it is really a small park not enough power to make a huge ballad and my baby being too small to play the playground, I was disappointed

This garden is accessible by the impasse Berthaud, who is from the Beaubourg Street just after rue Rambuteau, on the right, in the 3rd arrondissement. It was created in 2007 to honor Anne Franck, who has lived in this neighborhood close to the garden. It is located behind the mansion of St. Aignan, today Museum of Judaism, which he occupies the old gardens dating back to the seventeenth century. Similarly, some of the old fortifications of Philippe Auguste, passed by this place and whose garden walls resume the trace. This space is the juxtaposition of 3 plots that can be distinguished from there. The first is located after crossing the entrance from the impasse Berthaud. It is in contemporary style with benches, embellished by heaths, under the shade with some maple trees of Japan, azaleas and hydrangeas, very fragrant in the beautiful season! A set of two indefinable structures, is located in this space, I don't know what it is! Then you can access the great garden history, close to the mansion with a round central lawn surrounded by an Arbour called here "Cabinet of trellis" which gives this place a button, which unfortunately is no longer shaded and romantic with benches to rest. It reminds the spaces of ambulation of the Palace of Versailles. The walls are covered with trellises that rising plants is set. But this season, there is practically nothing. Gardeners would - they missing idea? If you walk through the low door in the wall, you discover a third part, reserved for children's games and the shared garden. This shared garden is formed of a parcel cultivated by the inhabitants of the area under the supervision of the Association "The 1001 sheets". But it is closed. The space in front is planted with cherry trees, Apple trees, etc., there also closed! We're really in a garden with orchard. This garden is accessible by the metro station "Rambuteau" line no. 11, by taking the street Rambuteau to City Hall.

In the heart of Marais, the entrance to the garden is one you can miss easily as it essentially is off an alley. The initial garden is quaint and as you walk in further, you will see the rest of the larger garden, trellis and hear children playing. Placards with information about this incredible young lady are near the entrance. If nearby, is worth walking to and spending a bit of time to take a break and reflect.

Peaceful and isolated from the road so you can enjoy the sound of the birds and enjoy the sun.

Cute little park. Nice, quiet and secluded - the perfect place for a little morning pastry and coffee.

Perfectly tranquil refuge from the city. Benches in the shade and sunshine. Nice little playground for small children.

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
