  • Sure, the parent company of Hermès is cult. But the two other stores worth it especially the in the Rue de Sèvres also. Here in the main building we have been served mostly correctly. The presentation of the goods is pleasant, when purchasing a Kelly bag, I was asked in a private room. Unfortunately it also happened that my credit card (with a relatively low amount) is not accepted the cashier's reaction was arrogant, yet was the fault exclusively about her. The service in the German stores is usually considerably more pleasant, but unfortunately not everything is in stock.

  • If you want to spend money to buy your luxury items, and feel like a beggar for 10 minutes of your life, come here. No self dignity at all. 完全無尊嚴。 The invalids sales and doormen dont welcome you. Dont walk, crawl inside, then maybe you will be cared for.
  • One of the worst shopping experience I've ever had! The staff were rude, they treat me like I was begging for a bag! They've ask me about my passport I think just to see if I ever bought from their branch before. I've waited for more than 50 min just to ask about the availability of the bag. I repeat they are the rudest and racist.
  • Luxury place and good system but some rudeness to the asian. Some staff looks like bothering. I felt that I was begging to buy bag. If you want hermes bag just go to japan tokyo !
  • I read some reviews below and couldn't disagree more. Completely inattentive staff and terrible service, we went into the store and asked the first sales staff we saw about their men's leather goods and were rudely pointed toward the back of the store to ask another sales person. We went to the help desk (for lack of a better word) and were pointed in the general direction of the men's leather goods area. Stood around waiting for someone to serve us but were ignored by the next 4 sales people walking by and standing in the general area. When we asked when we could get service the sales staff looked blankly at us... A more senior looking staff passed by and we asked if we could get service, to which the lady responded we would have to go stand by the counter and queue up... It would have been nice to know this when we first walked into the store 45 minutes ago, thank you for ruining an otherwise perfect honeymoon.
  • Window gazing here is unlike anywhere else. Hermès regularly changes their store windows and they are always inspiring. Also will key you in on latest fashion trends. TIP believe it or not Hermès does have sales but you have to call the shop to find out what day of the year they are having their sale.
