  • Paris has a number of these covered "galeries" and "passages," covered markets that span the length of several buildings. They are the 19th c. answer to a covered mall. This one is particularly charming and after you have a gander you will be sure to want to discover the other ones in the city.
  • Beautiful historic shopping arcade and one of the main landmarks in Paris. Worth a visit.
  • We visited in January and the Christmas decorations were still up which made it look even more beautiful, lovely shops to wander round, it was very quiet when we were there so I would say it doesn't get really busy. Definitely worth a visit, we needed our map to find it though, as it is a little hidden in the back streets
  • Beautiful "passage" that kind of makes you feel like you stepped into a secret place (or at least that's what I would imagine if you are visiting Paris :p ). The shops inside there are all small/local artisan/business (and most are.quite expensive too ;) )
  • Small, full of character!
