  • Until May 22, a magnificent exhibition on the history of women's kimonos with parts of all beauty. Even outside the expo temporary a place to discover

  • Almost all of the charm of this museum is located in the first room, you enter a huge space a few monumental sculptures you dominate and give the space a serenity, an amazing atmosphere. Silence, Zen, of light. In the floors of spacious and pleasant works stagings and yet he emerges something more static and tiresome, despite sheets explanatory readable (for once) the choice of disposition of works is sluggish and distills the boredom and the bland. It is however a beautiful places to find calm and appeasement.

  • I really enjoyed this Museum from passionate and scholar of Asian Arts. Is quite large and will take some time but it's really rich and worth visiting if interested! The only problem is that for a person not too informed on the findings that there are inside may get bored so you have to have a cultural background or read explanations in the sheets provided. It's not a very popular destination, but it deserves to be!

  • Set in the 16th arr, this large Paris mansion is a breath of fresh air, away from the hustle and bustle of a busy and sometimes very hot Paris. It hides behind it's facade a wonderful secret. There is a collection of Japanese and Chinese artifacts (several rare Buddhas and other lovely peices). The garden at the back, for me anyway is wonderful and transports you away from the city. It is truly a truly lovely place to "just be". With water gently trickling onto stones, you feel as though you could have been transported back in time (If you ever find yourself in this garden by yourself on a hot day, you'll know exactly what I mean). This is a quiet place and should be treated with the reverence it truly deserves. (Oh and it's free!!!)
  • nice place. i had good time there
  • memory free and not pay, nice place to visit and little known. The opportunity to see beautiful statues of Japanese Tantrism that cannot only rarely!

  • Voila! Even better than the Guimet Museum! Place hidden, little known. Always enough few visitors. Go see the garden at the back of the Museum: Japanese garden with a traditional tea house. There are even ducks in the small stream. Awesome.
