  • The Museum not only Yves-Saint Laurent, but its long partner Pierre Bergé. He financed the House, Laurent, and now contains a Museum, which is a collection of they with Laurent collected all his life. Now all this is under renovation, so it's worth visiting this place be deferred until the spring of the year 2017. Surely things will be much better.

  • A museum dedicated to Yves Saint Laurent, is located in the city centre. It is very small, a few exhibits. There are photos, are the clothes. People a little bit and get around the Museum, you can very quickly.

  • I went with a friend as part of the expo Sonic by Hedi Slimane. The Foundation is not very big but very bright. Same for the expo parcontre is great and is full of portraits shot by Hedi in person. €10 entry seems to me. It's honest to the content of the expo.

  • Super disappointed! It is ridiculously small for the price of ticket, not much to see nor do one learn any thing new. Staff are unorganized and the lay out is close to being dangerous. The ( top floor the size of four park car ) is the nicely stage "studio", then the floor below is a even smaller room that shows a video that could only fit 10 person max with a 15min wait, lastly the main floor has only a handful of outfit on display :/
  • A Museum, a soul... A place dedicated to this Grand Couturier (not to mention all the trades and workshops). Take the time to discover this place, every room, every mood. A lesson in sewing, inimitable style.

  • Beautiful expo. Small. Close premises but nevertheless experience interesting.

  • Duration of exposure 20 minutes. Especially if you are unable to access the video. Punk in the face of the Dior exhibition at the Museum of Decorative Arts. I recommend it.

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
