  • The Church was built from 1515 to 1612 and his name comes from the Abbot Saint Médéric. The entrance is through the rue Saint Martin. It contains a beautiful heritage (paintings, murals, stations of the cross in porcelain, pulpit, statues, altars, altarpieces, stained glass windows...). Murals including need restorations as well as most of the interior walls... The work is underway in the first Chapel to the right of the entrance, which does not prevent the visit. You can admire its external façade with its many statues and sculptures. The Church is located not far from the Centre Pompidou. Come in means of transport, metro line 11, station "Rambuteau". A must see.

  • Quiet and peaceful, the church is beautiful and undergoing some renovations. If you're in the area, worth a stop for the art and architecture.  more »

  • Really cool church. Recently went to a very cool art exhibition here. It really suits the feeling of this area of Paris.
  • wanted to see the fountain but liked this more :)
  • Calm and beauty with historical church
  • This Gothic church of 1616 is world heritage site. It is a delight to enter there after walking by Pompidou. Fresh, cozy, quiet, full of spiritual peace. Cross it and then sit down and contemplate the altar and pray a bit is like cool water in summer. Masses: week: 12:15, Saturday: 18:30 and Sunday: 10-11:15. In addition to concerts with excellent acoustics.
