  • Nice place for resting, relaxing, praying during walking in the city. We really enjoyed it. Beautiful architecture inside and outside.  more »
  • Since its inception this church is virtually in perpetual work. This does not visit and once inside, we are surprised by its height and its decorations. It's a place full of history, Molière, Madame de POMPADOUR, Louis XIV came. Weddings are still held there. Otherwise it is home to the mausoleum of COLBERT and other treasures that you take the time to find.

  • Home various altars - including she ...denn one of Keith Haring (which as a whole has created 9 same altars, and among other things here in Paris, San Francisco and Amsterdam set up). The tomb of Colbert by Le Brun in the Interior of the Church is one of the most important French sculptures of the 18th century. The excerpt of the traders from the market halls after their relocation to Rungis beginning 1969 is modeled in Saint Eustache also atypical for a church facility in papier-mâché. Front of the Church is still the monument "écoute" - a large stone head, which invites you to take a picture. Should you consider in all cases, also because the Church not from tourists is flooded and also very well serviced by the Metro (in particular there should come when you're on the road towards Centre Georges Pompidou).

  • Beautiful church! Discovered this by accident as we got off Les Halles Metro. Best part, no tourists. IG 📷: thearchitectshoots
  • For me, this is the most beautiful cathedral in Paris. It gives a true sense of history. At St Eustache, it's easy to imagine yourself in the 1600s.
  • amazing place. in the tipical atmosfere of Paris
  • Very beautiful architecture. ........ you have to raise your head and look up in Paris ... one risk is to walk in a dog droppings. ..!!
  • I stumbled across this purely by accident, which is an odd thing to stay considering its size. For lovers of gothic architecture this church is an absolute must see. The beauty, style and design details run effortless from outside in.

Where to stay in Paris

Each of the city’s 20 arrondissements, or districts, has a personality all its own. If you prefer high-end accommodations and to be in the middle of the action, look for lodging in the 1st through the 4th arrondissements. For more affordable lodging and access to major metro lines, try the 12th. The Oberkampf area of the 11th arrondissement has an edgier, more hip vibe. For easy access to tourist sites,  the 16th is within a stone’s throw of the Arc de Triomph and the Eiffel Tower, and the 17th is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysées. Avoid the 18th, 19th, and 20th, because these can be dangerous, especially if you’re not familiar with the city.
