  • I just go to the chocolate factory of Edwart, old time street. I got the chance to be welcomed by one of the two founding chocolatiers in the shop... and what a welcome! Chocolatier simple, friendly and very charismatic, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I could taste the chocolates according to my preferences with always explanations behind. The chocolates are really good, even one with whiskey (I hate alcohol in chocolate). But everything is really well balanced, there's a great balance. Try absolutely! D especially since the prices are unbeatable! I valid, revalidates, and survalide! I will come back here whenever I would like to have a little fun :)

  • They were very nice to us - they let us taste different type of chocolates, explained where they are from and were generally entertaining.  more »
  • For Valentine's day, I decided to give me a box of chocolates to treat my taste buds and my heart at the same time. It's been long that I regularly pass the shop Edwart (old temple Street), I decided to stop me. Hospitality was perfect. After enjoying a chocolate I'm starting (I want to buy everything but let's be a little reasonable!) - a box of dark chocolates: I love simple and sleek shapes (squares without fuss no frills without colors vivid and unnatural). So subtle and simple tastes, an explosion of flavors in every bite, a pure delight. I stayed speechless so I found the ganaches tasty and thin - a raw large Madagascar chocolate bar. The taste is less powerful and pronounced than chocolate squares, but it is soft and very end. - the MUST, my Proust's madeleine, the orangettes: I feel orange peel preserved when I bite into it and that was the case. Oh happiness of my taste buds ;-) I love chocolate (real chocolate in chocolatier - Genin, Hevin, marcolini...) and I must say that Edwart is one of my most beautiful taste discovery. Will test, you have nothing to lose, everything to gain ;-)

  • Relatively new chocolatier in the vibrant Marais district. Amazing chocolate. Free samples.
  • Got this place recommended. They really dare to experiment with strange and innovative fusions.
  • So good! The young man who helped was great. Bought 3 boxes after trying some, got 1 of every kind! :) vanilla was my favorite
  • Friendly staff. Let us sample some delicious chocolate before making a few recommendations for take away. Some of the nicest chocolate I've ever tasted
  • Great chocolate and the young man who works at the shop is great!
