  • In our countries following American fashion all ls cheeses are made with milk that have been pasteurized. In France where invented pasteurization, they understand that cheeses do not require this savagery and that for example a Maoux Brie by denomination of origin cannot contain pasteurized milk. Then I recommend that they delight in this store specialized in cheese with real cheese and not that you can buy in a supermarket American or American!

  • My experience at Androuet, Maitre Fromager was wonderful. I visited the shop of the rue de La Terrasse, in Villiers. Just wonderful. Wonderful care by who really know about cheeses. I consider this a program not to be missed in Paris.

  • This restaurant is a real institution, with regard to the cheese and definitely deserves it. If you're in the mood to sample French cheeses in your particular environment then Androuet is spot on. You can taste cheese from the most delicate to the most flavorless in a well managed and accompanied by the appropriate wines. It is a dining experience that is worth trying (if you love cheese).
