  • Honestly, we did as we were nearby, but is really not top, nothing interesting to see. Nothing extraordinary, it passes the time, but well, we don't see anything more than in forest...

  • If you visit the chasm of Padirac, especially while visiting INSECTOPIA. Of stick insects, beetles, butterflies, every continent, all alive, all more beautiful or impressive as each other, a small world organized around a small course quiz, fun for parents as for children (my 8 year old son has loved). It's run by a passionate, fun and original English which will respond with thanks to your questions. Not to be missed.

  • My kids are fascinated by insects and we had visited Micropolis in Millau. We were disappointed because it is difficult to go after such a museum. Insectopia is a small Museum of passionate but aging. There is no diversity of species that might be expected. Many stick insects and beetles. Find the code to open the safe was entertaining but the content is disappointing. The Butterfly House is nice as well as the presentation of its cocoons. The visit is super fast.

  • Super interesting! Owners super cool! We'll be back next year ☺️
  • Loved it! If you don't like insects, stay away.
  • My family and I just returned from a beautiful trip driving around the South of France. We found Insectopia by accident really and we were met with a warm welcome. Its run by a husband and wife team, who one day packed their bags and moved to France to buy and own a failing business 'Insectopia', it was their adventure and project and a total punt! Its previous reputation was very poor and they had a lot of work to do. What I witnessed was a good and loving couple trying their hardest to make a flagging business successful, and they were doing a good job when I saw them. They were honest and passionate about their little enterprise and we all really enjoyed standing in the Butterfly sanctuary and having the most beautiful specimens flying all around you. We even witnessed a new tropical butterfly emerging from its chrysalis, I would have easily of paid to see that. They are making lots of new changes and really trying their best to make a go of things. They both really won me and my family over and I feel passionate to inform the rest of the world about this new little enterprise which is in need of positive support and encouragement. Aaron and Co.
  • Pleasant family visit. Suitable for young kids. Managers are available and very welcoming. The Butterfly House is really very pretty and the quiz for children is well shot. We had a very good time.

  • Small museum which was quick the round but allowing you to not go empty-handed to Padirac when the site is complete! Lots of ugly insects to do for kids, butterfly room is friendly, but there should be more.
