  • An impressive collection of artefacts, handed in their thanks to the very rich written explanations and context to the reconstitution of the different rooms. So yes, the cost of entry is expensive and several panels are corrected by hand, but that matters little when you realize the chance we have to be able to visit an authentic bunker. Most would be a guided tour or possibly a soundtrack by place to the more playful side.

  • Brilliantly preserved. Great view from the top of the coast. Full of information, well translated into English. Shame about lack of free parking as advertised, but 2Euros for 2 hours on the nearby coast road (1-2min walk) - plenty else to see and do nearby. Stone's throw from the ferry terminal.
  • I'd never expected to see a German WWII bunker in such a good state of preservation. The view from the range finder floor is stunning on a good day and, in historical context, chilling. There's a good selection of items and photos to see inside with interpretative panels. Loses a star for having no free parking as advertised on their website (unless you have a motorbike) and no soap in the toilets.
  • A bit on the pricey side compared to other museums here, but well worth it. The bunker is in great condition and there is lots and lots of weapons and other WWII material on display. In the yard you will find a landing boat two canons and two tanks + a tankjeep. The souvenir shops are hard to get out of😉
  • The museum is covering the history of the bunker really good. Good background infos about the bunker and its role. Compared to lots of other museums i liked the size and the good coverage of a subject. Worth a visit!
  • interesting but at €7.50 a person at least the flags should be in better condition as its a memorial of d day.
