  • This is by far the best riding centre I have ever been to (and that is quite a few!) The horses live free in a huge field, are in wonderful condition and beautifully trained and Fany is great teaching ...  more »
  • an experience out of the ordinary for these three days of transhumance in the Ariège mountains. It is disconnected from the world and completely connected to nature and horses. After a short briefing with a small lunch the first day, by Fany the owner of the place (a chick great, exciting with his knowledge of his horses and so much fun), we'll choose our horse (by affinity, Fany will describe us next character), being prepared (sometimes with help when one is not accustomed to riding bitless by), load the luggage into the truck that put us them through , and're us off! "Pedestrians" (often riders also) we take horses that we will transhumer during 1 day 1/2 to take them to the top of the mountain and are there to block some roads and facilitate us the passage. And go for the adventure, to the sound of the bells hung on the necklines of the transhumes horses, between excitement, adrenaline, pauses meal in always beautiful landscapes, moment of stress in the steep paths, sharing, usability, laughter, relaxation, exchanges... short moments shared with his horse, other riders and pedestrians escorts. Then 1 day 1/2 to join the club, without the horses who went in the mountains (small twinge) and go home very tired but so happy that you're dreaming to start over. To close all the cottage where we stayed two nights was also in a beautiful setting, well equipped and delicious meals! So an experience to try absolutely if you're looking for horses right in the head, educated in the benevolence, stunning scenery and rich encounters this in an atmosphere without taking head and with Fany and Philippe, her husband who love and know their horses as their children.

  • The equestrian centre is nice, in the magnificent Valley of Orlu. We had a place by booking 3 days in advance, as specified in the prospectus. The framing is friendly and knowledgeable (thanks Marie!), horses and ponies friendly as any. The benevolent approach concerns not only animals, but also riders, in short, we had a very good time and will be back for an internship. The initiation formula is really good. For 23 euros, the child meets his mount, learns to harness her and treat her after the recovery. During the ride, fun exercises direction and pace, children are very quickly at ease and with the harness bitless are unlikely to hurt the pony. Finally the time comes to the ride that rewards the efforts and is confident after work ride. Thanks to the team and say hello to Baby-doll :-)

  • We couldn't do the pony, we disturbed people. It had not phoned before (I can understand the Organization) but bad precise on the site and very unpleasant way pointed out. Still left us the possibility of a ride. But found an excuse to do a u-turn.

  • Certainly the friendliest equestrian center of Ariège. The Cavalry, the team, the framework and the benefits are very good, and everything is done to ensure the well being of horses. Very satisfied, I recommend.

  • A Cavalry of excellent quality, perfectly adapted, a riding outdoors with horses happy and treated well (this is rare), a nice coaching, competent and relax, and a exceptional framework. Their Internet site is well done (even if it is a little difficult to navigate) and gives really want to go to the setting of the peaks. We have not been disappointed, it was great.
