  • Average size resort in altitude, easy access, quality accommodation, good trail maintenance, animation, but attention to snow late in the season because it may reduce the practical field as the Sun of the tracks is important. A good point also for the Center activities, ice rinks, pool sauna...

  • We came one night and remind us of the good times spent 15 years ago during a week of skiing, but there were no big changes. The station is sad and is not downtown restaurants that put it in value. They do not want to stop there except the magnon croc that stands out despite its remoteness.

  • This summer, we spent 2 weeks in this station we know very well to come regularly since 30 years. Nice resort but sorry to see this year, the merlettois became "OM" anti, maybe we are too present for them (75% of holidaymakers are 13). Anyway, my disabled sister-in-law was refused to the karting because "they had no time to take care of her" (nobody expected after us so it was not a valid reason, but let's move on). My son made the rope: during a stage, he fell and is therefore remained suspended in the air more than 5 minutes. His baldric was out of adjustment, it has compressed his testicles, he was crying of pain, but despite our appeals staff, one of them intervened after 5 good minutes without being too eager (instead of straight to step through a scale, he completed the course in sense reverse so much slower)... Once there, despite our request to readjust harness, he refused. My son has continued the course despite everything but the fear of being again suspended in the air... Unfortunately, in the last step, this was the case... We asked his colleague who was next to the small (again in tears) to help him. But the latter approached with no relaxing, idling (while we were the only ones on the course), without caring a child crying and we has accused for intervening in his place and him share our excitement (certainly on a dry tone but without nsultes). The irritation can be understood! Instead of dealing with the safety of the small, calm down and understand her crying, to reassure parents, he has seen fit to disrespect us ("I'm not here to touch the neck of children", and kindly advised us to contact the manufacturer of the baud PENTAX Mulberry instead to intervene and push the little to the end of the stage), and all of this in us nargant! On the way home breakfast with very bad, we went to pharmacy (car doctor not available after 19: 00, our return time). The boy's plains severe abdominal pain all night and testicular pain. The next morning, we talk to the Manager of the Park which we kindly replied "what it is relative because the child is not dead"! After several requests for apology on behalf of the employee for his lack of respect and safety of small, it looked straight in my eyes my husband in provoking him and waiting for him to come to the hands (which was not the case). It took 20 minutes and the order of his head so that he finally decides to apologize us. Of course, not once he was asked us the small news. The first reaction of the employee and the Manager should have been: on the one hand, to take news of the small, and on the other to apologize for the incident. Unfortunately, this reflects the mentality of a lot of merlettois with respect to their "bread of tourists win"! Just for record, a few days later my husband crossed the famous employee (who pulled out the mouth apologetically) bowling. My husband was alone with the boy and, instead of asking about the small, preferred to watch my husband throughout the part in provoking him gaze... Normal and responsible behavior in the face of a father and his child?! One exception to all of this mediocrity: the restaurant-pizzeria L'EQUIPE to Marshall picked up recently by a team at the top, nice, welcoming, smiling. The food is good. Fair prices.
