We visited the Museum and laboratory a Wednesday afternoon. The gentleman who explains in the laboratory is very available and answered questions with pleasure, it seems passionate by his job and it's very nice. The Museum is above all a presentation of collections with two short films and a few explanations of cocoa-producing countries. Pity that the specialty of the House (drakkar) is so expensive...

We did the workshop on Friday of creating our own Mr. potato. Excellent! You leave free room for your imagination, and you become an apprentice chocolatier during 1 h. The workshop was also intended to make us discover different vintages of chocolates a delight! And to finish the tour we visited the Museum, which is located at the top! We left with memories full head and our Assembly. The workshop is €15 really cheap for an afternoon with friends!

We took a school group here (13 and 14 year olds) and the guide kindly recounted the history of chocolate in simple French with actions and some English translations so that they could improve their language skills. Very professional and interesting. You get a chance to buy presents from the shop, which sells their own premium chocolate, which ranges from chocolate lollipops for a couple of euros to very expensive boxes. Recommended.

A nice Museum of chocolate to discover in this workshop. The laboratory is run by the family. The boutique offers specialty: the drakkar (coated praline meringue foam).

A warm, playful and technical explanations at the tasting of different chocolates (the blond, delicious culinary mistake, to 72% black) and the shaping of Mr. (or Mrs.) potato, then a visits to the Museum that complements the discovery giving information on harvesting, processing and the history of chocolate (with tasting of the Drakkar, specialty of the chocolate factory). Summer Friday workshops are perfect for children of 6 and 12/13. Mine are regaled themselves in every sense of the term.
