  • We went to the chocolate factory of the drakkar, visited the Museum just made purchases in the shop, or we were very disappointed from welcomes him made by the seller, we buy for 80 euros of chocolate same not one offered in tasting. The saleswoman was put in a bag the chocolates she drop into the bag strongly. We don't enjoy chocolate buy too disgusting to our liking.

  • We came as a family and were disappointed of the chocolate factory and the Museum. The tour of the Museum is fast, the benches to watch the videos are not comfortable at all. The chocolate that get us at the entrance is a specialty piece, good enough and 3 pistole standard chocolate... The chocolate factory store looks very clean, the young to the caisse is not friendly, not smiling and still less saleswoman... Clearly, we have wasted our time.

  • We did not visit the Museum. The shop offers a very interesting choice of confectionery and chocolate factory.

  • Really rotten, the place is in a lost village, it not there no indications or explanations that German, we expect even their famous tasting... the little chocolate available to visitors is bad which explains the absence of this brand in supermarkets... No home, no explanation, no Museum and yet 4th visit... Big scam.

  • Completely zero. No home, no explanations, no presentation on their am saying Museum. And we must see what they call Museum! A courtyard school with old poorly printed panels and dusty models. We thought come to discover their factory but actually no, you learn from not playful way the history of chocolate. I did not want to buy their products, their specialty the Dakkar has no interest and is not even good. Go your way, they are outright thieves.
