  • If the open-air market which takes place the Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the season's huge well classic with everything what we find in this kind of place, the best and the worst: the beautiful sweater "marine" of course the ornament made in China, elegant shoes and boots rubber to plastic scandals, the beautiful jewelry handcrafted to the horrors plastic... the absolute of insularity proof is located in the adjacent covered market in the market square. Here lovers of beautiful fish feast eyes waiting to indulge your taste buds! There are all fish and shellfish local (and even others!), in a State of unusual freshness elsewhere and at reasonably modest prices. Lobsters, bars, St Pierre, breams, soles, bonito... and all the local crustaceans, mussels, shrimp, oysters of all sizes, whelks, without forgetting the spiders and oilcake. A note however, lobsters do not come from the corner (is there practically no) but in general of Normandy; This area covered some fishmongers on labels, else forget this obligation. SCAMPI may have been caught in the North Atlantic or in the Gulf of Gascony as frozen prawns they come from farms in Asia, America or Madagascar (the best known). Small grey or roses can be local, the less French. You buy besides a few small local potatoes (very expensive but delicious) and with a Muscadet, you will enjoy a very nice meal!
