  • During my visit museum collection was not on display, there was a nice exhibition about denim (fabric from Nimes and abroad)
  • Date: 24/08/2016 place to visit: Musée du Vieux Nîmes this museum is found next to the Cathedral of Saint Castor and is in a building with over many years, say that old enough - at the moment and until September 18, 2016, is exposure INDIGO colors in the world. It is an exhibition of fabrics, dresses, etc. which is predominantly blue.

  • A very beautiful Museum and very beautiful collections

  • Exposure Indigo, colors of the world, deserves a big rush by the richness and variety of the exposed parts. Got a thin section, page 39 "live Nimes" prompted a visit. A beautiful poster, little broadcast in the city, should us attract. Make the effort to visit this archaic Museum, the expo is magnificent. But... no seat to view the videos, an atmosphere of boredom behind blinds declines, a smell of aging and... in some rooms, evil digere alcohol. What a pity! Thanks to stylist Catherine Legrand which we present creative and incredibly rich cultures.

  • NÎMES, NIMOISES, I come here to express a disappointment... I wanted gone see this: at the Museum of the old Nîmes by September 17, 2014, to January 31, 2015. It is exhibition of photographs. Exhibition Fund of photographs of the Museum on the city of Nimes, curator (Aleth Jourdan) invited me to participate in this exhibition and unveil a contemporary look at the city of Nîmes who will go complementing these archival photographs. If I am disappointed by what I went to the Museum Thursday morning to accompany the class my son and on this occasion I wanted to know one can show by my surprise I saw that fesait expo a diplomait (School of fine arts certe) photographer but a person I know and has taken several told us that the Nîmes were CONS and it does handle not the city Nîmes and hoped to leave this town... So if this artist does not like nimes, why make an exhibition about our city? While there are many ariste Nîmes painters, photographers who love this city, but that galerent to do an expo also importente... Me I do not find it normal, may be it will not derenger but me Yes...
