  • A lovely place for a walk, where you can view the remains of architecture, which are more and less preserved, olive trees and eventually pass through the Museum of the painter Henri Matisse

  • Very quiet place, quiet, cool summer, it is always a pleasure for me to walk there! Is also a small snack in the Park you can relax by eating or drinking something. It's rare to Nice to find a quiet even the summer tourist season because although there is a bit of world people are generally respectful. Believe that the calming effect of this park makes the silence...

  • Well worth a trip up to the park, particularly if there is a local fete on. Rows of ancient Olive trees to picnic under, the Matisse museum to explore as well as the Cathedral and ancient ruins. A bit out of town but worth taking a bus to. Too far to walk though particularly for the older, unfit or short of time, as its deceptively far and a long steady-gradient climb up Blvd de Cimiez.
  • Loved the peaceful atmosphere, the pétanque players, the old-fashioned carousel and the busts of some of the greatest jazz players of yesteryear.
  • Nice park and some views towards the city. Not much to do there though, as the museum seemed pointless.
  • Definitely a good place to visit. The church is beautiful!
  • Nice park full of olive trees!
