  • Well-stocked covered market: fish, meat organic deli catering... everything is vegetables and fruit and amount right: stalls from local producers. Even the sign Guerlais is represented (Nantes pastry of Fame). Speaking MARKET in Nantes, I invite the Walker to survey the market which is held every Saturday morning on the site of little Holland. More popular, cosmopolitan, and cheaper. So much food and ambience that transported elsewhere. A remarkable quality animation the weekend of 24 and 25 September: Ambra Senatore choreographer of the CCNN in Nantes was a performance with 3 dancers (see photos). The scenery into the market: a stall of fresh pasta manufactured under the eyes of passersby and all set in motion in an improvised choreography. Art within the reach of all, the dancer who goes to the curious customer. .. Exceptional! Initiative to continue.

  • We cannot give an assessment on the quality of the products, because we went there "in tourists' midweek in mid-August to visit this"must-have"market, probably the worst time to smell the atmosphere of the place. We were disappointed by the size of the market, the place itself without charm no, a lot of stalls were closed.
