  • Very interesting journey to the heart of a military boat. We chose the visit 1 h 30 (actually 2 h): we discover the engine room and its operation, then the impressive armament, operational rooms, living rooms... We learn surprising anecdotes: 400 km of cables throughout the ship, sailors PG-13... The explanations are clear enough, and despite some technical terms, it is never boring. We regret that the guide don't have a micro, because to almost 20 in small corridors of the ship and with raids one by one by the scales, it was not always easy to hear or see the guide in the next room. Also for the 1 h 30 visit, which begins with the discovery of the ship's propulsion system, it is a pity not to run the boat from the beginning: its characteristics, its mission, its overall functioning. A little sheet distributed to everyone who would explain it (plan of the historic ship, some numbers) would better understand early on the general environment, rather than explain it as the visit.

  • A friendly visit, which reveals the concessions that each team must do to respect the rules of life on board.
