  • L´Ile Feydeau, is a different and peculiar district of Nantes where the houses were built in what long was an island in the Loire River. They are 18th-century houses. It was here where I can say that we finished our visit to the beautiful city of Nantes. A curious visit neighborhood.

  • Could really be fun because it's big and there are plenty of restaurants of all kinds, sometimes even animations. However drunk meat is everywhere, both at 8 in the morning to 22 hour evening. It is not very safe. Not too much drag there alone (e).

  • The island, once bordered by both arms of the Loire, is a remarkable set that mixes architectural unity and peculiarities. Don't miss the masks on the lintels of the windows, especially on the facades of the buildings on the West side and on the dock of Turenne. It recognises the personified winds and a few black faces, reminding that the shipowners fortune comes from trafficking in slaves taken from Africa. A few buildings are still in sad shape.
