Housing some of the finest collections of the Art Nouveau movement, Musee de l'Ecole de Nancy is a popular site for art and architecture lovers. Spearheaded by Émile Gallé and made famous by Anton Gaudi, Art Nouveau was at the height of its popularity in the early 20th century. Here, take in the movement's artistry through glassware, ceramics, and furniture exhibits. The "Dawn and Dusk Bed" by Émile Gallé and "Death of the Swan Piano" by Louis Majorelle are two of the many famous pieces on display in the museum's main building. A fantastic collection of art nouveau pieces from entire purpose built rooms to individual pieces. It's all unique and a wonderful representation of the Belle Époque.
-
Undoubtedly the most comprehensive collection of art noveau in existence in situ. The best pictures or virtual reality will never convey the gravity of this collection. If you like art noveau and visit you will know I speak with no hyperbole.

Very nice app to guide you around the house, great addition if you opt out of the tour.
