Come to Chateau de Montresor to view a rare collection of French and English 19th century firearms and 16th - 19th century weapons. Built by Fulk Nerra starting in 1005, this medieval fortress has a 15th century Renaissance mansion built on the grounds and a garden surrounding the property. The original furniture and interior from 1849, including trophies representing hunting and sporting awards from around the world, can be found to this day. Your admission includes entrance to the romantic garden and park built in the 19th century, complete with flowers, exotic trees, delicate fountains, and sculptures by old master artists.
