  • For the umpteenth time I price qqs pads these delicious macaroons and a m! While attending a bewildering scene: in the month of August, in an area frequented by many English person among the vendors of the shop (also very inviting) to explain in their language in an English-speaking couple that "the macaroons keep better at the bottom of the fridge". An example of the tourism Dynamics French... Fortunately, pastry chefs are better than the leaders. NB: the Museum admission is charged. It's pretty petty when it serves as a window to the shop.

  • Store devoted to the glory of the "prestigious" macarons. The other stores are located in Poitiers or Chatellerault. "Frugal" tasting at the end of visit. Too commercial.

  • Visit the Museum of the macaron. Entry € 3.50 for adults, €2,30 for children, students and job seekers. It goes to the floor, small panels told the story family Ranou Métivier, the almond and macaroon. Then a room with projection and finally, if you wish, you can opt for a tasting (I recommend) is an additional € 3.20 per person but worth the visit. The horchata drink + assortment of macarons are offered. A true delight. The latest entries are 1 hour before closing time at 17 h. Then to make purchases in the shop.
