What ghosts cela was not the primary purpose of my visit so I will refrain from comment, my goal was to be able to live in the moment of a day in a real Castle filled with stories and that which allowed myself to find l.ambiance of the time, and for this Fougeret has met my expectations. Hey hey and in Quebec I well on goal a little more wine than our french cousins what a compliment the evening and licence to laugh our french comrades with my accent. Anyway thanks to Veronica Francis. for the hospitality. You allowed me to realize a dream.

What about the castle of no? A lot of things! Whether you come for the frame, for the atmosphere that reigns, for spiritualism, the supernatural, to disorient you, live an experience out of the ordinary or just out of curiosity... You must be under the spell. This castle is beautiful, the interior decoration plunges back you into the atmosphere of the time, and meals (if you take the relevant formula) are a pure delight! For what is of Spiritism and entities, simply to be respectful and open your senses to experience great adventures :-) Here, you will not be disappointed! (Unless you want to relive the movie "The Exorcist"). What about more except that Véronique, François (the owners) and their daughter Mathilde are adorable, the sense of hospitality and bent over backwards to make us share their love of this place and make us live a good time. Don't hesitate to "experiment" because through this, you participate in the rehabilitation and renovation of this magical place. For my part, I am in love with this beautiful place and all that close. We stayed 4 nights already and will return as soon as possible!View original
a great experience. don't go there to have fun and party all the night, it's quite serious. the place is just fantastic (great castle), and the owners very kind. many possibilities about the stay.
Alexandre KrolThis castle is beautiful but it will be a lot of maintenance a lot of work, but what is it that 2 teeth how hold on 😱👻😉View original
Steph MarchalVery disappointed. After 1 week of discussion on facebook (only way to contact them... no how.), many words in the air. I decided to not data suite. Far from professional people (they promised to call me 3times... without result.). I highly recommend!View original
Habitants de FougeretAccess to the Castle by the small local road serving the hamlet of Fougeret. At the bottom of the hamlet you arrive in front of an old rusty railing. Well, there you are. Sing too fast victory, you'll probably find the gate closed and it will take patience and wait for the owners, and it can take... awhile! And as the castle is stated nowhere, don't know why while the heritage days you can only escape so the signs is seeing! you might want to ask neighbors where is the entrance to the famous supposedly haunted Castle. Yes but this is: the neighbors were tolerant in the beginning when there was not too much traffic, but today they are tired of being taken for the janitors and be disturbed in their personal lives several times a day by hordes of curious or people who have booked nights on the Internet. The more unfortunate is that these people who come often from afar to give chills and have a good time with friends are treatment of the inhabitants of the hamlet, blocking their entrance and exit of car, parked haphazardly on both sides of the path that is not wide enough to meet the conditions of tourist traffic. The Mayor of the town has taken its responsibilities, she did vote in Council an order which prohibits parking on both sides of the way motivated by an obligation to allow free access to the emergency services such as fire, ambulance because the village is not populated Ghost (already dead and who are more likely nothing) but citizens who pay local taxes and who live here unlike the owners of the Castle. Of course they will tell you that neighbours are cranky, jealous, and bitter. Nay, the inhabitants of Fougeret want only respect and that users comply with the regulated parking, expression of local democracy. It's to you visitors and guests require the owner or the organizers of demonstrations paranormal to obtain information on the location of the entrance and the authorized parking possibilities. It's possible, just that the gates are open! So if you're way ahead, let the owner know and take a ride in the meantime but do not put you in breach of parking. Note that there is a front entrance that overlooks the road in the direction of the village of Queaux.View original
Laure MachinI'm very passionate about the paranormal has always been read hundreds of books on the subject, but here I want a true experience in this castle. I look forward to beingView original
