  • The Citadel is necessary to us and is facing the station St Pierre of the convicts and the Cambre of Aze. The walk takes an hour. Do not disturb military exercises. All the imposing stature of the Vauban fortresses. Take the little yellow train station is a 10 minute walk, to perfect the visit of nature.

  • 2 visits per day, at 11:30 and 14:30 and this ALL YEAR (except the military site closure, particularly in the holiday season) a guide experienced very interesting. The opportunity to finally see the inside of the Citadel, scarcely guess from the outside. Count 1 hour visit. Get the tickets for 1/2 hour before a tourist office. Thanks to Sylvie for this "private" visit (we were just we two!) You knew how to pass your passion and your love of the place. Not to be missed. Ridiculous limit to 5 per person price adults. Photos prohibited inside the military area.

  • Citadel built by Vauban, the ride inside and outside is to do. In May and November, the hollow of the season, a lot of small shops are closed. Too bad because it's a little dead.
