These soldiers monks were also builders, savvy managers they did so grow the lands of the Larzac, mainly to supply the cross brothers war effort. the fortified walls of La Couvertoirade keeps intact the presence of Knights with his route of round and circular towers. The story is beautiful, situated on the road of the pilgrims, this town welcoming, any slope collects water for example in a pond at the end of the village.
