Picturesquely covered in ivy with twin-towered wings, the family house dates back to the 18th century. They've been producing wine since 1934, and remain best known for their Monopole wines, Les Ruelles premier cru red, and La Mission premier cru white. Production tops 14,500 cases per year, with vineyards spanning over 37 hectares (93 acres). Beautifully landscaped lawns and gardens surround the house, and the knowledgeable staff leads wine tasting sessions by appointment only.
