Gardens are the signature of the town of Menton and Jardin Botanique et Exotique Val Rahmeh is one of them. Here you will see a large collection of rare trees. Sophora toromiro (a species of small trees), as well as exceptional olive trees (more than 400 years old) and collections of exotic plants including palm trees, chorisia, datura, and lotus, plus fine collections of citrus, olives, and palm trees. Rare species include Aloe marlothii, Araucaria columnaris, Castanospermum australe (Moreton Bay chestnut), Cnicothamnus lorentzi, and Ficus religiosa. You will also come across a small rainforest area that contains bamboo, ginger, philodendrons, tropical fruit trees, and spices and herbs. The garden also contains an excellent Musa basjoo and two Chorisia speciosa specimens.   • Superb well ride that fast because of the ferocious mosquitoes! If we forget it, a wide variety of plants, flowers and trees where you can feel completely at home! It's amazing! Pleasant time spent in this botanical garden. Nice memory even if the period in October is not the best for the flora, it is fine for the much less present world!
