  • We accidentally discovered this bakery near the Abbey of Saint Victor and immediately there were attracted. The furnace dates back to Roman times and the bakery runs since 1781. Today it belongs to Nicolas Imbert which perpetuates the family tradition and passion for shuttle buses. The recipe is secret shuttle buses and families who run the oven they passed on taking heed thereto according jealously. Element of local heritage, the furnace has an undeniable historical value. I know that "de gustibus non est disputandum", yet I marvel at some negative reviews about these cookies: I found the freshly baked and shuttle buses with their delicious aroma wonderful Orange for the palate.

  • The shuttles are the shuttles, traditional and excellent. The problem is the host, it should be understood that today ' today included selling the product and sale. Even if staff is tired because there's world, impatient and not always very understanding, he must greet the customer as it should and do against misfortune good heart! The result is a bad image of the institution and the city.

  • This is the oldest bakery that makes Navettes, the traditional cookies that look like little boats. Every year, the bishop comes and blesses the first batch of cookies. You can see the wood fired ovens, as well as select from a variety of delicious goodies.
  • Really not shopping! We bought for €40 shuttle and my wife asked for one more for eating now. We paid her €0.85. I think we could give us gift... that's what I would have done (given the number of customers in the year...). too bad, but it's not bad, we'll go see the competitor.

  • Very disappointed... Bought yesterday horrible shuttles in the mouth... Airy so less material which gave one side cute rude and more worthless the taste of the non-existent flower... I return to the shop to tell him because I am a faithful for decades (I was) the Manager fired me as an evil own it's nice!

  • I love the shuttles of the four des navettes, nothing to do with those found in supermarkets! Great with a cup of tea. A good gift idea when switching to Marseille.

  • Put things at the point (in my opinion): the recipe remains unchanged for a long time in the light of the proportions. But seen flow (store + internet), the preparation can more be done as if it came out 1 plate in the kitchen's grandmother for the family... The price would be another! Those who suffer in their homes know well the price of 1st or well materials? ^^ we ditch (materials 1st full original) in the known L - if macaroons trademark price assumption. To illustrate, I just paid 2 large shuttles (on a market of Provence) €2.80 2! Here, I say no, but "Hello". The taste of these shuttles from Marseille is blameless. The tasting of a shuttle calls another. To those whose it is no culinary tradition have accustomed to the water Palace orange blossom, could be understood the culinary clash of both salience. But remain fair, and pay to Jules what belongs to Caesar ;-) Will and in good faith: it is a killing these biscuits (because thats what it is) this bakery shop. If the assumption do not (taste and/or texture), nothing requires to eat after all. All tastes are in nature! Sincerely 👍🏽.
