Do off-season... because access is not easy by car or on foot! Not necessary if you come on a weekend

The small beaches here are great. One of them is with small pebble-stones, the other beach is just stone with pebble entrance to the sea. You have to come early tho, if you want to swim alone. Because of it is small, it gets full quickly. You have to park 3,5 km (car) away from this calanque, only the locals can get through the gates. So you have to walk on partly-walkingroutes that can take up to 30 min (maybe 2,8 km). You have hiking routes that can take you to great spots to take pictures. Tips: Go early Take (light) shoes you can swim with Big bottle of water Shoes for hiking (if you want to hike) Goggles (you can see small fishes swimming around your legs, we saw even an octopus) A bientot !

Access to this Cove is sometimes limited and often filtered by guards. Beautiful and nice way, the route to go to the sea n ' is not too difficult but plan solid walking shoes; ). Arrived at the small village you can enjoy the beach, the small bar / restaurant (cash only) friendly. If you want to have lunch still consider booking ;)

Place to be. I don't have the words for the view by climbing a bit, I'll let you see the photos. Blue Grotto to do 20 Minutes from the port.

Beautiful Cove, arrived on foot from Lumini then me Lookout and that view and the eco guides we advise you to go into this Cove rather than of Sugiton. And well, not disappointed except by water that is cold right now (if if possible). Provide good walking shoes because it's full of pebbles on the trips. With children it is better to arrive since the baumette to avoid a passage with a string vertically down (side Belvedere)

Where to stay in Marseille

The Old Port is near the water, seafood restaurants, and the not-to-be-missed museums. Hotels with sea views come with a price tag to match, though. For more affordable accommodations and local character, check out hostels and rental apartments in the Panier district. The Canebière neighborhood is in the heart of the action. For a more nature-oriented locale, a hotel near Garde Hill offers the nearby botanical gardens.
