Disneyland Park, Marne-la-Vallee

3.7
#1 of 224 in Theme Parks in France
Disney Park / Activity Theme Park
Make your family's dreams come true at Disneyland Park, the European outpost of the famous “Magic Kingdom.” The park is divided into five themed lands--Main Street U.S.A., Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland, and Discoveryland--with the Disneyland Railroad running along the perimeter. At the center, see the white Fantasyland Castle with its pink turrets designed around the real Château d'Ussé.

Teens and adults will love the rush of Space Mountain Mission 2, while the littlest kids in can set sail around the globe at the "It's a Small World" attraction. Bring your camera to a meet-and-greet with Disney characters, who appear throughout the park, though it’s tough to find the same one twice. To be sure to see a favorite, inquire at the City Hall near the entrance in the Town Square. Take advantage of the free FastPass system for the most popular rides, like Peter Pan and Tower of Terror. • Divided into 5 worlds, you have extra hours if staying at a Disney hotel. but not worth much because there are very few attractions open at that hour, then at the end paid a dineral extra you only enjoy it the first day because the second you have to repeat attractions since almost everything opens at 10:00. Noteworthy attractions: 1. Frontierland: the enchanted forest and rollercoaster show mine train (Big thunder mountain) if not for the mega queues. 2 Adventurland: include a revamped Pirates of the Caribbean. Excellent attraction (reopened it July 23). 3 Fantasyland: classical and children's attractions where of Peter Pan 4 I liked especially. Discoveryland: the most cool of all. I emphasize: Hyperspace mountain, Buzz light year and Start Tour. 5 Main Street: there are no attractions. You just walk. The food is very expensive, but quality is good enough to be a park. The unbearable queues. 1 hour queue for each attraction

  • Hyperspace Mountain and Small World, although polar opposites in subject and thrill level are easily the best attractions in the park.  more »
  • For 25 years, DIsney has put the dishes in the large. The remix of Star Tours was expected and is really nice. That Space Mountain brings not much, but the side "Star Wars" will obviously delight fans of which I am one. A few visual enhancements of the Pirates of the Caribbean will appeal to fans of Jack Sparrow (which I do not part).

  • In keeping with tradition after my husband's death I now spend my birthday in Disney, the happiest place on earth ; this year it was in Paris' Disneyland. It was nice to see the differences and similarly. Other then being a little smaller and the absence of turkey legs it was a nice park. I didn't visit the studio park. In the entrance the had various attractions like Planet Hollywood, a movie theater and others. The park was beautiful and well maintained. The weather was great as well not as hot as Orlando this time of year.
  • I'm from Florida and have annual passes to Disney World. I am a bit of a Disney Nerd and had to visit the park in Paris. It is a bit larger than I expected and was easy to get transportation to the park (the train ends at the main entrance). This is a magical place and the admittance price is unbeatable for such a magical experience. You can do the park in one day, but make sure you stay for the wonderful show at closing time. I gave only four stars because there is no wifi in the park (unless you can connect to one of the surrounding hotels). Still, you will not be disappointed!
  • The entire place is a first class performance. Every detail is designed to inspire and delight you. Everywhere I look is something exciting. Couldn't get my grandparents into the park because they were so excited about the displays on the way in. Glad we have 3 more days to take it all in. Will be back.
  • Wonderful atmosphere, helpful staff. There are some good rides, although in peak hours you will need to wait in line for 60+ minutes. Just after opening and an hour before closing this time will be 15- minutes. I suggest visiting Walt Disney Studio first, if you have tickets for it, as the rides there are fantastic and you definitely don't want to miss them, which you could, since it closes earlier than Disneyland, at 19:00. Food is expensive as expected, and the souvenirs are too.
  • The park is amazing, they put a lot of time and effort to make it look like a fairytale. The lights show at the end is absolutely spectacular. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the food and drinks prices. I can understand that inside the park you raise the prices a little, but 3.50 euros for a 0.5l bottle water on a hot summer day is taking advantage of people.
