  • Must visit on the Hill of the Cross Red to understand weaving with the business activity, but also working conditions very hard of the canuts. With in more a class on silk from the jussqu Butterfly ' to the cocoon.

  • Guided by a person imbued with this job (Canute), full of knowledge, that it's hard to leave because it's interesting.

  • A superbly friendly shop. Real Lyon silk for all the plain bourseset of "cocoons". From here a demonstration of craft loom JACQUARD, but also a starting point for tours guided the TRABOULES of the Hill who worked.

  • Fabulous small museum. Worth it for the demonstration of an original jacquard weaving machine (I think this happens at 3.30 each afternoon). The gift shop sells nice scarves
  • Very interesting museum. Offers information in various languages.
  • The history of silk in lyon. Also the history of technology with Jacquard. If you plan to visit lyon you have to go there.
  • Better to be interested in the subject, otherwise it's a bit austere. It should be noted the high quality of the guided tour. The players are passionate and we see no time pass all learning a lot of things.

  • I was very disappointed. The place is tiny and there's finally enough little things to see. These are mainly large panels to read.
