  • We have lived in Lyon now for 4 months and have had a few rainy weekends when we needed to entertain the kids…but wanted to enjoy ourselves too. The Azium climbing wall has been a wonderful solution. ...  more »
  • Climbing Walls area is Good for the kids when it is wet in Lyon. In "Confluence" shopping centre and easy to get by Tram.  more »
  • The room was just great, many channels with diverse levels. The only downside is when you want to double up and we can not because there is not 2 auto insurers next to one another. Otherwise the schedules are very nice, the staff is very professional.

  • Great climbing gym for all ages. There are a couple places you can climb on your own and a children's area. Good day out.

  • Great place in family, things rare each was able to indulge themselves, the parents and the children, has made life easier us by booking.

  • Paid for the Fun Climbing + universe child to two (small) children. Reserved the slot from 10: 00. Effective starting at 10.15 because one person was responsible for the show tickets + the harnessing of the children. As we were last of the tail all accessible to small channels were squatted when we could start. The universe Fun climbing is quite suitable for small there are only two truly accessible to beginners, small waterways and the space is crowded. All ages mix little 2-3 years with teenagers. There are even relatives who climb! It also lacks the lanes for a little hesitant children, with more assistance, more big catches, platforms to rest, etc. Staff must wait for everything. The second wave of children arrived at 10:50. Result you pay for 1 hour and about 1 / 2 hours of actual climbing. Space to review, with a space by age group, more channels for kids, ban parents climb, etc. In the meantime the price/quality ratio is not good. The child universe meanwhile is ok but nothing special compared to the "specialized" signs of this type.

  • Nice room but clearly deficient supervision! We let the novice climbers with no training or no check; It would take a specialist on-site, in the room of climbs, at any time. Climbers experienced, every time we have to correct the beginners who hurt their node, ensure no safely, decide to leave at the top by number of errors... Not to mention parents who provide their children in a completely irresponsible way (I saw a father let the blade of belay to better show the catch to his son, which climbed to more than 10 m from the ground!), probably because they were not sufficiently aware of the problem. It is clear that volume trumps professionalism. Expect the accident Azium change its practices? Another point, the strings should be changed more often, some are so distended that they make perilous at the top belaying and dry (rope stuck in ATC). Really too bad for a light and airy place that has a lot to offer!
