  • Witnesses of our history the Roman remnant remained in the State without special value unlike the pont du Gard, allowing you to fully feel what could be life at this time

  • Although unfavourable to recent facilities (parking required, Museum / my opinion is shared on this point) I often come back to Ambrussum; the Ark almost copmplete and shows perfectly its mode of construction. And just as important, by taking the easy trails, the ruins of ramparts and moving houses by the details to discover. Most of the most: the tracks empierrees with crosses, early days of access to the missing constructions. and especially the footsteps carved by the wheels of carts on those tracks, deep at the locations or it was more light but well marked in general... and smells of guarigue!
