  • We decided to come to the expo devoted to Richard the Lionheart. Arrived at 12:00 left the Historial 5 hours later! The scenography of this museum is exceptionally lively and educational; the hall dedicated to the Vendée wars very full. As for the expo devoted to Richard the Lionheart, she responded perfectly to our expectations. The guide, Cecilia, has been able to share his knowledge about this character and his daily life with a lot of energy and precision! We will return with pleasure see other cultural proposals. Thanks also to the team of hospitality very professional and friendly!

  • The Museum is a large space where we discover our history. Each piece is period in the history of humanity: prehistory, middle ages, the year 1900... Everything is set up for us to discover these periods in a very simple way. There is even a space dedicated to children. Now, they can see an exhibition on the sea by participating in fun games. It is a very good visit we made.

  • A good time spent with family. The children's Museum had a lot of succesnotamment, navigation on the fishing boat. The kids loved: the rise of the locker with plenty of fish and l climbing the boat pirate. The conduct of the small sailboat in a snowstorm has also had great success. When the next Vendée Globe? The father loved the fun course by time accessible to children through decorations and entertainment for all ages. To visit!

  • Extremely interesting place, multiple reconstructions on history from the stone age up to our days through the Vendée wars, in the form of circuits by eras, many video rooms, small alcoves to listen to comments, we spent 4 hours without suspecting, and we saw everything...
