It is especially its harmony that you should remember. -The abbatial and a remarkable ceiling painted with closoirs including a quite erotic, amazing and refreshing in such a place. This shows that at a time, the Abbey was more a place of income that controversial prayers. -A very nice and rare Chair in reading in the refectory of the monks. -From the West Gallery of the cloister, a grand staircase leads to prison and the cellars where the monks produced their wine and where was discovered, in the sixteenth century, the famous stew, making it the oldest effervescent wine. This tour takes one to two hours and is worth the trip if it is located in the Aude. Admission is € 5 / person... not tariff reduced for disabled people.
