  • Mill recommended by a tourist office, we were very excited. Visit duration 4 minutes by the clock. The tasting not much more. We will remember that they make bio or not olive oil and a few derivatives. The shop is nice and quiet. But when it comes to checkout, count not far from €40 per litre of oil. But's homemade it...

  • I bought in this Mill located below the village of Provence leases of oil of type "ClassiC" (an oil prepared with green olives) and oil "Black of Olive" (an oil elaborated with black olives). I have tasted the purchase and I completed using at home. "Black of Olive" oil. This oil is very good, sweet, a scent of candied olives. Great on a salad of good tomatoes with just a little salt. Attention, the price is high. I know good quality oils (green and black) and much less expensive. The oils of the baux Valley are expensive (and even more if you buy them in shops!)
