Aiguille Rouge is a mountain of Savoie, France. It lies in the Vanoise Massif and has an elevation of 3,227 metres above sea level. It is the highest point within the ski area of Les Arcs and is a fairly easy hike from the village below. It can also be accessed by a cable-car which almost reaches the summit area.

    The ski runs down were closed because of avalanche risk, but it was still worth the trip up for the views and photo opportunity.  more »

    Wow! Summer time visit and absolutely stunning. Well worth buying a lift pass to access the summit - fabulous views to Mont Blanc

    Great weather and excellent conditions. On top of the world with my wing man.

    Stupendous views and great runs -a red and a black. Black particularly good. Great snow quality but the red can get busy just at the top. Picnic tables, viewing platforms, interesting information boards about the National Park, its plants and animals. Two Yuge cameras (link your lift pass to the Yuge app and on scanning the pass you can have your photo taken, which then can be seen and shared from the app). Our firm favourite in Les Arcs and highly recommended.
