  • During a school trip, we accompanied young people 16 years visit the marshes marshes (and Museum). Guided tour made by a reluctant guide, whose speech was inaccessible and little teacher. Students are remained polite and have played the game. Until the moment when the guide declares "it's chi * huh guided tours!?" Students remained mouth - gaping... 2eco-Museum without great interest but cute. Attic salt products high rates.

  • Passing on the island of Oleron visit after lunch of this swamp salting. Harvest of salt and sale in a converted barn. Little footpath and punting. Eco-Museum to visit. Very nice place with the beautiful fall weather. To do if you are on the island.

  • Certainly, the weather was beautiful and we were Wednesday, market day in the Port of Salinas, (up to end of September). There were many world and animations, which contributed to make the site attractive. It is the ideal place to report of salt or salt or flavored salt flower and learn more about the traditional production of this product. Walkers or cyclists will find many possibilities for walks around the port of Salinas as well as Saint-Trojan, both along the coast than in the marais. The completed facilities are really a success. Possibility also to rent of boats. Note: If you visit the port of Salinas with the kids, be careful: there is no barriers of protection on the fairly narrow passage that leads to the restaurant and overlooks a small body of water.

  • A typical and very friendly place. Some old fishermen cabins transformed into artists ' studios. Some more interesting than others... Nice restaurants, concerts regularly given and offered by the municipality, in a very friendly atmosphere.

  • Tour 1: very interesting extra, and for half an hour more we got a tasting of products made by the flower of salt and rock salt. My children and I learned all of the manufacturing process of the salt on the Saline. I highly recommend this teaching activity!
