We realize of the influence of industry on the city and the descent to the underworld that the end of the period of glory has created. I better love exposure of the ground - floor (especially the animated factory) that the first floor to the glory of the Schneider family. But the little cocoon in an old oven of the glassware is the little theater is beautiful! And Board (time) for the plays of light on the sub floor is totally awesome! Everything was there, the crossfades, gradients, colors... All in a 1904 technology! And the original chandeliers are beautiful too!

Only a few tables show suicidal working conditions of the workers who worked at the forges to enrich the Schneider. We would have liked, because this building is now owned by taxpayers, that the veneration of the Schneider is somewhat moderated by the development of the work of their workers... Visit during the heritage days.

Uneven inner exhibition: currently great exposure on the painter Rochette, beautiful golf course for masters of forges and life in the factory, nice collection of crystals. But to want to tell too much different history you get lost a little.

Jolie architecture !
Pascal LégerSeptember 21, 2017For a walk in nature or visit the eco museum retracing the epic Schneider in the Creusot, I you recommend as very well done. When in the Park of the glassworks, a good hour's walk for the tour, with a few animals and games for children, it is really very beautiful.
