  • Architecturally, why not, the view is friendly upstream and downstream of the bridge, and hiking in the forest trails allow nice views on the Alder. The old bridge was demolished, damage, a belvedere instead allows to photograph the landscape. For us this too modern Bridge does not melt into the landscape.

  • The bridge spans the Alder with elegance. We go through this road to get to Landévennec Abbey and fell quite by chance on this bridge. We took advantage of the explanations given by a local resident. Before the construction of the bridge, the crossing of Alder was by ferry because the bridge suspended 350 m had been destroyed during the war. Another suspension bridge was completed in 1952 but he suffered cancer of concrete and need to replace it. In 2011 the first bridge curve cable-stayed in France, 515 m range was inaugurated after 4 years of work. Crossings have been provided, which allows to cross on foot without danger. Never a circular cable-stayed bridge had been built elsewhere in the world. 2014, the previous bridge is dismantled. 2015 the arches of the old bridge are preserved and converted into belvedere to allow observation and absolutely stunning discovery of this majestic bridge cable-stayed. Very nice place, well laid out with these viewpoints and parking provided for the curious ;-)

  • Térénez bridge, a jewel of architecture, is the longest bridge-curve in the world. You can make crossing the bridge safely thanks to the pedestrian path along this road.

  • Beautiful designed bridge with fantastic public areas for parking, so clean and well designed. We stopped off in one of the car parks and looked at the view from the old bridge, you get an even better view if the main bridge. I was excited to see a little brocante but was disappointed when we got there, very little items and the owner was very odd and led us up some stairs opened the unlocked the door and just stared at us in a creepy way, we felt very uncomfortable, something reminiscent of the bates hotel!! Avoid the brocante but a beautiful stop off area
  • Nice piece of architectural building in an amazing natural area
  • There is a fantastic view from the bridge
  • Mohammed Omar elarsheed
  • Beautiful bridge in an arc. With parking to admire its architecture
