  • We have planned a visit to Lamballe during a weeklong stay in the Côtes d'Armor. We stayed at 15 km from there and it was raining that day. Personally I love horses and I thought it must be an interesting visit. Lamballe less known than the stud of the pine (temple of the percheron) is dedicated to the breeding of the breton line, the buildings were constructed in 1825 and amplified over the century. They worth to them only. But the visit made by an employee of the stud who knows his subject from the tips of the fingers was fabulous. She introduced us residents, starting with a nice donkey of the Cotentin, a mule, a beautiful pony, shetland etc. We continued with the upholstery (beautiful collection of harness), hitches and we ended up with two stallions Stud stars, beautiful horses and surprisingly nice and calm. So some might be surprised not to see only two copies of the race, but the whole of the visit I liked. It inspired me to discover the stud of the pine in Normandy. Those who love horses will definitely love. Those horses are of no interest will be surprised to see these huge animals! I enjoyed the place which remained in its own juice and that is surprisingly ornate (beautiful roses climb all over the walls of the buildings). On Thursday it is possible to attend a horse show, I can't talk about it because I saw him.

  • N not being a fan of l riding or knowledge of horses, I went to stud without any enthusiasm on a gray day. Frankly I loved because with little means the passionate who s occupy stud farm we do have a very good and interesting time. First, for the neophyte that I am j learned a lot of things, then I discovered the breed of horses of milk and breton post, that I have found to be splendid, j thought that haras professionals were really take their passion to the public and finally I have had the chance to chat with a breeder of Thoroughbred which resulted in one of his mares and c was exciting. Thanks to stud for a great time and thanks to employees who are charming

  • The tour is possible only with booking management. Our guide was worth every dollar. She spoke fluent English understood but also German. There were shows us all stables and horses and super. Our guide had a lot of expertise. There was a detailed response to each question. Who's excited horse should look at this Stud.
