  • Wonderful family owned chateau. Unique in that it has a museum dedicated to the history of wine ; particularly liked the glassware collection, some of which dated back to the Roman empire. Bonus is that the wine from this chateau is excellent.
  • The beauty of the place is incredible. It's one of the few places in Bordeaux with a genuine family history disconnected from the others owned by investissement funds or new billionaires. Therefore you feel that the place is real and the team that welcomes you truly concerned by Siran. The wine is really good and we can't stop buying some every year. A must see in Medoc
  • This is an amazing Chateau! so much history and grat wine. There is a museum along with it, which makes it even more enjoyable. Our tour guide Nam, was so nice and gave us a perfect tour and the perfect wine tasting at the end.
  • Our guide was exceptional, and conversed in English fluently. The château is one of the handful remaining still managed by the original Bordeaux families. Knowing Siran's history only adds to an understanding of Bordeaux's history.
  • An enchanting family owned Château with a ton of history to discover, this place is set amidst three appellations, the Haut Medoc, Bordeaux Superior and the prestigious Margaux appellation. With a collection of 300 wine artefacts Château Siran has won the title "best of d'Or - Arts and Culture" 2016. What more it also houses a nuclear proof bunker with wines dating back to 1912. With a magnificent view from terrace and some great wines to taste, this visit is sure to create beautiful memories
