  • A beautiful dune worth visiting and some sweat but once upstairs, the view is beautiful. At the moment there is no stair, so the rise is harder. I did it with a baby in the baby carrier and its past it all depends on your form of course

  • A huge ~108 m sand dune backgrounded by a large forest. Reaching the top is possible from both sides of the dune (stairs and sand) once on top the view is breathtaking. Must visit.
  • Great place to visit in the area. My wife and I took a half day tour from Bordeaux to Archachon which included a walk up the dune and then oyster tasting which was great. The dune itself has fantastic views across the bay
  • It's much harder to climb up or down than you might expect. Not a good activity for anyone with back, foot, knee, or heart trouble. Always an amazing view at the top. This was my 3rd time here but the first time I went all the way down to the beach and found the old bunkers. Winter or summer, this is always a good place to visit for locals of tourists.
  • This is incredible and a definite must-see! Come here before sunset and enjoy a spectacle you will always remember!
  • Great place to see the amazing nature. Enjoy sunset. A must go place.
