(320+ reviews on the web)
This medieval castle with a flamboyant Gothic façade, Chateau de Josselin, is complete with gardens and a doll museum. You can tour the dining room in marvelous late 19th century style that is based on the Middle Ages. The castle has been the ancestral home of the Rohan family for 10 centuries. View the sculptures in the antechamber, with one by Auguste Rodin and two solid bronze candlesticks that were gifts from King Louis XV to the Rohan family. • A magnificent castle that we from the outside because it was closed. When we look at the shore on the other side, it is majestic. The next time we visit.

  • An impressive looking chateau, but not sure the tour was worth it. You only get to see the groind floor and, although it's interesting stuff, it's fairly quick.
  • nice from the outside, probably also from the inside - but as it's a private Castle, visit is limited to guided tours at certain hours.
  • It's a cute castle in a cute small medieval town. The ticket is a little too expensive in my opinion, but the guided visit is great.
  • Great little château, guided tour is a must to get a feel for the history.
  • We didn't get into the castke but the front river and around of it are worthwhile.
